The PIN filing option and 1017S-1s (Reminder Notice) was discontinued after the
3rd quarter filing deadline of Oct. 25, 2007. A username and password are
required for filing.

To continue on-line filing, you must create an EWAM account. If you have not
created an EWAM account, go to https://webacct.unemployment.state.mi.us
and click on Register as a new user. Once an EWAM account has been
created, a password will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 business days. If you
already have an account, click on the above address, then type in your username
and password to access your account.
